"LCP assisted Nunavut Power with matching the job to the worker and not the worker to the job. Through the completion of Physical Demands Analysis we were better able to identify job tasks and set priorities for replacement or updating of procedures to prevent on the job injuries.
We are also able to use the Functional Capacity Evaluations to accommodate injured workers in returning to work with a much smoother transition.
